  5. HOW TO ADD THE SKIN

  7. 1. Unzip the austin.zip
  8. 2. Move the anmie folder to the ICQ Plus skins folder.
  9. 3. Then goto your ICQ main menu and goto Plus... then 
  10. select austin.
  11. 4. Then enjoy!!!
